A Service Company
InterLynx is a service oriented company of dedicated professionals. Each of its principals has been directly involved in the International Relocation business for over twenty years. We are members of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council and the Canadian Payroll Association. Using the collective knowledge of these groups along with our own experience, we will provide you with the most current direction in all aspects of international compensation and relocation. Our world-wide network of contacts is available to provide you destination services as well.

the full long term assignment
administration packages, we are
also able to provide just
visa/work permit
assistance and allowance
guidance for short term

Our aim
is to make the relocation process
as simple and stress-free as
possible for both the
employee, his/her family and your
company. That includes helping
you with policy development
to ensure employee needs are met
while ensuring expenses are
responsibly controlled. There are
hundreds of large and small items
on International Transfers that
must be considered; from taxes to
local customs to business
relations - items that are never
encountered on domestic
relocations.
Our job
at InterLynx is to prepare each
relocating employee so that he or
she will become
productive in
the new location as quickly as
possible. We provide, to both the
employee and the company, the
direction needed for a
safe and legal transfer.
We will work with your Payroll
department to build processes to
ensure the proper handling of
payments, allowances and
reimbursements to the employee
with appropriate withholdings,
gross-ups, and government
remittances.
