Briefing
Each assignment or relocation begins with a detailed briefing of 3-4 hours. During this briefing the employee will be made aware of the cultural differences that he/she should understand to "fit-in" in the new environment. The obligations of the assignee to the company and the company's responsibilities to the assignee will be discussed, along with practical aspects of the assignment such as:
  • Compensation
  • Taxes
  • Housing
  • Education
  • Transportation


Survey
After the briefing the employee will be ready to visit the new work site. InterLynx will assist with:
  • Accommodation
  • Children's Education
  • Special Requirements (medical, cultural, etc.)
  • Visa - Work Permit


Transition
To ensure that your employee is productive in the new location as soon as possible, InterLynx will manage the details of the physical relocation including:
