FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
These are a few of the commonly asked questions concerning passports and visas.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
As each petition is individually constructed, there can be no refunds once the petition package has been created and submitted to the government or sent to the candidate for processing.
Should you find it necessary to cancel an order you have placed, it may be cancelled at any time prior to the commencement of work by InterLynx (usually begun within 24 hours). A prorated amount may be charged if work has started but has not yet been completed. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail. Additional charges may apply for cancellations required following a submission to a government office.
While no guarantees concerning the success of any particular petition can be given under Canadian law, InterLynx will continue to work with the applicant until a visa or work permit is obtained. If it becomes evident that the government will not issue such a permit, a full refund of InterLynx charges will be issued unless such refusal is the result of information withheld from InterLynx by the candidate. If the applicant declines to participate in pursuing a permit, no refunds will be given.
